Sunergy Systems will be closed for the holidays from 12/18 through 01/02. During the first week of January, one of our solar design consultants will contact you to answer your questions and work with you on a custom solar and energy storage design for your home.
An introduction email was sent to you that includes a list of documents and photos we’ll need to best assist you with accurate quotes and design options. It will be extremely helpful to respond to it as soon as possible. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder. You can also send them to gosolar@sunergysystems.com.
These documents and images are:
- A complete copy of a recent electrical bill
- Two photos of the utility meter are needed: one close-up showing the meter number (#1) and one standing back showing the meter and surrounding wall space (#2).
- Two close-up photos of your electrical panel: one displaying all the breaker switches inside the panel(s) that clearly display the numbers on them (#3), and one displaying the manufacturer label pasted on the inside of the panel doors (#4).
- One photo of your electrical panel along with the working wall space (5 feet on each side of it) (#5).
- One photo of the desired location of the energy storage equipment.
- If the following images of your house are not available from Google or Bing: One photo of the street side of the house, preferably with the meter in view, and one of the south side of the house
The introduction email will also provide examples of these images.
