Sunergy Systems is following social distancing regulations in Washington, as well as published guidelines from the CDC and OSHA. That means that we’ve had to change the way we operate. As these requirements shift over the next weeks and months, we’ll be adapting and keeping health and safety front of mind.

Here’s how we are exercising an abundance of caution to keep our customers and employees healthy.

Remote Evaluations
We can provide you with a safe virtual consultation; we have the best remote evaluation tools and software available, along with the State’s most experienced site assessors to provide you with an accurate quote, precise system performance, and optimal layout. We will present your solar proposal via phone or web conferencing. All paperwork can be completed online to secure your summer installation spot.

In the Office
Most of our staff have been set up to work from home for weeks. For those who are in our offices, they are using an abundance of caution to stay six feet apart, wear masks, and wash their hands frequently.

Driving to the job site
When going out to install solar, our crews start at staggered times to reduce exposure to each other. In addition, they are commuting to your home in separate vehicles to maintain social distance while traveling.

Jobsite Best Practices
Our crews mainly work outside. Even so, they are following the most recent guidelines from OSHA about working safely during the COVID-19. If they need to come inside, they have been provided gloves and masks to prevent contact with high-touch surfaces. We are telling any crew members who show symptoms of any illness to stay home and follow their medical provider’s advice.

If you are sick, have symptoms, or belong to a higher-risk population, please let us know so we can take additional precautions or adjust our schedule.

We will maintain social distance with you at all times. Our installers will maintain a six-foot distance from each other whenever possible.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know so we can do our best to address them. Should anything change, we will let you know.

We are all in this together to protect those who are most vulnerable. Now more than ever, we appreciate your support and your business. If you know of anyone who would like to support the local business community, we always appreciate referrals.
